Don’t we all love a good top ten list once in a while?
December and January months always seem the most prevalent. Some are good, while others are pretty subjective and highly irrelevant.
This brings me to the annual lists by business and market analyst, 24/7 Wall St.
It’s the first I’ve heard of this list, as well as the ForeSee’s Holiday E-Retail Satisfaction Index which their list was based on.
So commentary-wise, I can’t really critique it.
That said, they do a pretty good summary of each retailer on the Good and Bad lists, highlighting areas such as site traffic, revenues, and of course, customer satisfaction.
Interesting that Zappos or eBay seem to have fallen off the radar in recent years.
Watch for LuLuLemon to make it onto this year’s list.
